Credits cover operations across the platform: document processing, slides, narration, images and exports. Usage depends on scope and settings; there is no fixed conversion from credits to video minutes.
Free and Individual use prepaid credits with no automatic overage charges. Further paid operations require enough credits. Credit packs are available only on Individual and Enterprise. Free users must upgrade first; free credits do not renew. Individual users can buy a pack or wait for their monthly renewal, including when billed annually. Each Individual subscription covers one workspace; another paid workspace needs its own subscription.
You can cancel automatic renewal in your billing settings. Your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period. Annual plans are paid for 12 months in advance.
Our terms of use and privacy policy explain content rights, data processing and the providers involved. Unlisted content shared through a link can be accessed by anyone who has that link.
During a demo we discuss your needs, sources, access and delivery. We then agree on a pilot or implementation scope, security requirements, support and pricing in an individual contract.
Enterprise offers a Data Processing Agreement (DPA), an SLA with agreed service levels, dedicated single-tenant deployment, custom feature development and custom integrations. Security requirements, deployment scope and service commitments are agreed in your contract.

Prepay for an agreed monthly video volume, work only with your dedicated account manager, and receive white-glove production with 24-hour video delivery. The service is priced separately and is not included in an Enterprise subscription. Volume, scope, delivery terms and pricing are agreed upfront.
