Customer portal: report a claim
- Enter the date of the incident as day, month and year.
- Choose what happened. For a burst pipe, pick Water damage.
- Click Continue. Next, you’ll add photos of the damage.
Web app: invite a teammate
- Go to Settings, then Members, and click Invite member.
- Type your colleague’s email address and choose their role.
- Click Send invite. They’ll get an email straight away.
SAP: create a purchase order
- In the launchpad, open Create Purchase Order.
- Enter the supplier number. SAP fills in the name for you.
- Click Order. SAP shows the new purchase order number.
SaaS docs: create a dashboard
- Click New dashboard in the top right corner.
- Pick a bar chart and choose Monthly revenue as the data.
- Click Save. Your team can open the dashboard right away.

How is LectureGuru different from an AI video generator?
AI video generators turn a script into a presenter or an animation. LectureGuru’s agent completes the real process in your app, field by field, up to the confirmation page, and narrates each step in your language. When the app changes, we record the video again and the link stays the same.
Can LectureGuru record SAP and apps behind a login?
Yes. You give the agent a test account, and it signs in and records the process in SAP Fiori, internal web apps or customer portals. We agree up front which environment it may use. Logins that need a one-time code work best with a dedicated test account.
Can AI turn a PDF into a training video?
Yes. Upload a PDF, Word file or presentation and LectureGuru turns it into a short narrated training video with slides and an optional quiz. You review the script before anything is published. When you upload a new version of the document, the video is updated to match.
How do the videos stay up to date?
LectureGuru checks the pages and documents behind every video, daily on paid plans. When something changes, it flags the affected videos and records them again. Your team approves the new version before it goes live, and the link stays the same, so help-centre articles and emails never point to an outdated video.
Does the agent submit anything for real?
No. The agent uses test data and stops before any final submission, payment or filing, unless you give it a test environment where submitting is safe. Nothing it records reaches your customers until your team has reviewed and approved the video.
Which languages can the narration use?
Slovak, Czech, Polish, Hungarian, German and English, plus other EU languages. One recording can have several language versions with matching captions, even when the app itself is only in English. Your team can review and edit the narration in every language before it is published.
Which formats can I export?
Every video is available as an MP4 file, a share link, an embed code for your help centre or website, and a SCORM package for your LMS. Videos made from documents can also be exported as an interactive presentation with quizzes or as a PDF.
Where is our data processed?
In the European Union. LectureGuru is a European company based in Bratislava, Slovakia, and processes and stores customer data in the EU under a data processing agreement. Enterprise customers can get a dedicated single-tenant deployment in the EU, with every subprocessor listed.
What can’t LectureGuru do?
It doesn’t make cinematic or live-action video, give legal, tax or insurance advice, or publish anything without human approval. It records processes and explains documents. For regulated topics, a subject expert should still check the instructions before they go live.
